By downloading, installing, or using the Infurmation mobile application or website at infurmation.app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grant Heavey ("we," "our," or "us"), the operator of Infurmation, based in the United States.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You agree to:
Infurmation allows you to create and manage pet profiles, generate private share links to share selected sections with caregivers, control which sections each recipient can view, and revoke access at any time.
Share links are private URLs you generate and distribute. You are solely responsible for who you share them with. Anyone who has a share link URL can view the profile sections you have enabled for that link until you revoke it. Revoke links immediately if you believe they have been shared with the wrong person.
We provide the Service on a best-efforts basis and do not guarantee it will be available at all times. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
Infurmation is available as a one-time lifetime purchase. The current price is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
New accounts receive a free trial period as displayed in the app. After the trial expires, a lifetime purchase is required to continue using the Service.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or automatic renewals. All future updates are included at no additional cost.
Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you made your purchase. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of all content you enter into the Service, including pet profiles, section data, notes, and photos ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete Your Content or your account.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Do not enter confidential information belonging to other people without their consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all Your Content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance.
